Our company’s main activity is vessel’s crew manning for different kinds of ships.

As a manning agent we have plenty of experienced seafarers of different ranks available in our large database. All of them have graduated from Marine Academies and Colleges
in Vladivostok, Odessa, Novorossiysk, and St.Peterburg and have got wide experience in worldwide seagoing practice on the different kinds of ships (bulkers, dry cargo, tankers, reefers, etc.).

All of our candidates are certified and well trained in accordance with latest Conventions (including STCW 95 as amended, GMDSS for deck/radio officers) to meet all requirements for employment.
Many of our candidates have experience in Safety Management on board of the foreign shipping companies’ vessels, and are familiar with ISM CODE.

We pay great attention to English skills of the prospective crew members. In this regard every seafarer before being sent passes special test based on standard Marlin’s test of English for seafarers and CES. Many of our prospective crew members have experience of working with multinational crews.

Our Company was established in 1996 and present we supply Russian crews for several companies in Korea, Greece,India,United Arab Emirates and Western Europe. We are an appointed manning agent for many shipping companies. We work in a close cooperation with the Shipowners / Managers / Agencies worldwide and wish to expand their numbers.
